I am married and have a child on the way; I guess Odhinn and Freya took pity on my childless state and graced me with this chance. Little Walter is due on the 28th of June, the birthday of my hero, Walter Oesau. I have three cats and a very annoying horse whom I love to pieces. If you friend me, be prepared to hear a lot of talk about the horse and the cats. LOL. I'm also a plus-sized woman, aka a woman with curves. If you are one of those people who has an issue with me weighing a normal weight for my frame (as pertains to the 1930s and 1940s, and not today), go eat a celery stick or run a mile, or whatever it is that you health-conscious "stick people" do. I don't have time for it. I am healthy, I am active and I don't need your crap! I also am heavily into Walter Oesau, Manfred and Lothar von Richthofen (the two smexiest brothers to ever grace the cockpits of Fokker triplanes), Oswald Boelcke, other assorted WWI German pilots, and Assorted Luftwaffe pilots. I had cousins who flew for the Luftwaffe, relatives in other sections of the military and government in Germany in the Second World War. That does not, however, make me a Nazi sympathizer, just in case you were wondering. No joining my F-list to post hate at me; I don't hate you, you shouldn't hate me. I make no bones about my political leanings, but I am not a racially intolerant individual. I think everyone has a right to exist, unless by some sorry chance they are blatantly stupid. Then Darwin can take over. Heh. Plus, I don't actually give a fuck what you think about me, my history interests or anything you might find offensive in my friends list or what not. If you are going to be an idiot and base your prejudices on what you see here, then you are not worth my time, and an insult to the country you came from. There is no room in my F-list for whingeing, apologetic Germans who stick their fingers in their ears and sing "Annelise" when they hear someone talking about the Nazi regime and the culture from the era. And, conversely, there's no room for Neo-Nazi morons either. In order to study culture, we must study it all. I'm not going to change my fucking beliefs so I can fit into your nice little box of ideas. Now, for you blatant fucktards who see this and go OMFG NAZIS! Let me reiterate, and bold this, so you might actually fucking read it. Never have I, nor will I be, a member of the Nazi Party. I am not prejudiced against any particular ethnic group. One of my best friends is partially Jewish, and I would gladly defend her with my life if need be. The Holocaust happened, and it was wrong. If you do not read this disclaimer and post shit in my gastebuch, you are far dumber than I can even begin to imagine, and deserve a good Darwining. Mel Brooks said it best. The Nazis exist solely now to be made fun of. I am an artist and a cartoonist. I love to meet fellow artists and cartoonists, and talk about tons of things. I love all aspects of German Culture, and really hate it when people have a knee-jerk response to that. It was 60 years ago. GET OVER IT. I love talking to WWII veterans, and got a chance in June 2007 to meet Herr Oberleutnant Walter Schuck, perhaps one of the greatest honors of my life. I am honored now to call him a friend.
